Terms of Service
This policy explains how SMProud frames marketplace responsibilities. It is not legal advice or a substitute for independent counsel.
Last updated: May 2026.
Policy purpose
This page explains marketplace expectations for buyers, sellers, listings, support, and account-transfer risk. It is not legal, tax, investment, or platform-policy advice.
Marketplace role
SMProud presents listings, verification context, communication paths, and escrow workflow information for social media asset transactions. Platform operators may still restrict transfers or monetization.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers must review listing details, platform-policy risk, recovery access, seller history, and handover requirements before committing funds. SMProud does not guarantee that a platform will keep an asset active.
Seller responsibility
Sellers must provide accurate listing information, disclose material account risks, cooperate with transfer steps, and avoid directing buyers into unprotected payment channels.
Disputes and support
When a transaction problem occurs, the parties should preserve messages, screenshots, transfer evidence, and payment status so support can review the issue inside the marketplace workflow.
No legal advice
Nothing on this page creates legal, tax, platform-policy, or investment advice. Users should seek qualified advice on high-value assets, business acquisitions, or regulated activity.
